Lasy to make, can, and drink later. Concord grapes substitute well.

  1. Wash and stem fresh, firm ripe grapes.
  2. Put 1 cup of grapes into a hot quart jar.
  3. Add 1/2 to 1 cup sugar.
  4. Fill jar wilh boiling water, leaving 1/4 inch head space.
  5. Adjust cap.
  6. Process quarts 10 minutes in boiling water bath.

SCUPPERNONG JUICE (for later use in jelly only)

Make juice as you would when making jelly, but can or freeze it for later jelly-making. When canning this juice, process in boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
